IT STARTED AS THE NEXTGEN HOME EXPERIENCE
For the past 15 years, the NextGen Home Experience® has showcased next generation construction for North American Home Builders and Home Professionals at the International Builders' Show. In front of more than 1.1 million plus attendees, including 700 thousand plus builders and other professionals at the International Builders' Show, we have offered homes built to our above building standard.
With the Debut of our first NextGen Home onsite at the landmark Stardust Hotel in 2003, we received many requests from builders, developers and home buyers on working with them to build their homes. This led to the creation of NextGen approved Homes, Builders and Communities that met our NextGen approved criteria and the methods that we applied to build our own NextGen Homes.
For 15 consecutive years The NextGen Home Experience® was onsite at the International Builders Show with homes showcasing what's next in home building, technology and product innovations. In 2018 we continue under The iShow Home Experience.
